REFOCUSHING
Refocussing bertujuan untuk membentuk SMK yang fokus dan konsisten terhadap bidang keahlian yang diajarkan. Saat ini SMK Negeri 1 Mataram berfokus pada bidang keahlian Seni dan Ekonomi Kreatif dan Bisnis Manajemen, yang dimulai saat PPDB tahun pelajaran 2022/2023.
BADAN LAYANAN UMUM DAERAH (BLUD)
BLUD merupakan sistem tata kelola di sekolah yang berperan sebagai legalitas layanan usaha yang dikomersilkan agar SMK menjadi lebih fleksibel dan mandiri dalam membangun pembelajaran berbasis produk dan mengelola aset sekolah.
TEACHING FACTORY (TEFA)
Teaching Factory adalah suatu konsep pembelajaran di SMK berbasis industri yang mengacu kepada standar dan prosedur yang berlaku di dunia industri dilaksanakan dalam suasana nyata seperti yang terjadi di industri dan bertujuan agar siswa mengalami pengalaman pembelajaran yang nyata.
PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL)
Pembelajaran berbasis Proyek merupakan kegiatan eksplorasi dan interpretasi hasil belajar peserta didik dalam proses belajar bersama guru.
BURSA KERJA KHUSUS (BKK)
BKK merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk di SMK sebagai unit pelaksana yang memberikan pelayanan dan informasi lowongan kerja, Pendaftaran pencari kerja, pelaksana pemasaran, penyaluran dan penempatan tenaga kerja, sebagai mitra Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi.
LEMBAGA SERTIFIKASI PROFESI P1 (LSP-P1)
LSP P1 merupakan lembaga pelaksana kegiatan sertifikasi profesi yang terlisensi dari BNSP dan didirikan oleh lembaga pendidikan dengan tujuan utama melaksanakan sertifikasi kompetensi kerja terhadap peserta didik.
GURU TAMU
Guru Tamu adalah program pembelajaran dimana peserta didik akan diajar oleh instruktur yang berasal dari indutri mitra SMK Negeri 1 Mataram.
MAGANG GURU
Program Guru Magang adalah kegiatan guru SMK dimana guru belajar secara langsung proses kerja yang ada di perusahaan/industri tertentu. Kegiatan ini dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang relevan dengan perkembangan Ilmu pengetahuan yang ada. Sehingga materi yang guru ajarkan juga semakin komprehensif.
GERAI SMK
Gerai SMK merupakan wadah bagi peserta didik untuk memasarkan produk hasil praktik di sekolah, saat ini SMK Negeri 1 Mataram membuat E-commerce yang khusus untuk memasarkan produk-produk hasil buatan siswa-siswi SMK yang dipasarkan secara Online.
